The firm innovates and designs products and everything about them that make for great experiences. Touch360 has offices in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, Silicon Valley, and Beijing.

As a member of the founding executive team of Global Market Insite Inc., a leading provider of solutions and services to the $21 billion market research industry, Claire-Juliette Beale played a key role in the global launch of the company, and leading it to sustained revenue generation from year 1.  With direct responsibility for introduction in Europe Middle East Africa region, she built the company's key profit center.  She consulted, led, and managed projects and initiatives of global scale in the areas of: business planning, legal and financing, alliances, sales, marketing, products, and communications.   She developed a reputation for first-class customer service resulting in 100% client retention including under such challenging conditions as fast growth, remote management, and acquisition.  Within two years GMI established a strong presence and took significant market share in the Americas, Europe, and Asia, serving leading market research firms and global clients such as Taylor Nelson Sofres, GfK, L'Oreal, or 3M.  Ms. Beale's capabilities and commitment to corporate goals are reflected in her promotion from Director Europe to Vice President Business Development 6 months from joining the company, and retaining responsibility for the EMEA region while taking charge of business development and key accounts.


Prior to joining GMI, Ms. Beale founded Business Development International, a consulting firm providing innovative services complementing traditional management consulting with "implementation" support to meet the specific needs of small and medium sized enterprises.  She served organizations ranging from SME and start-up to Fortune 500, such as Thomson-CSF (now Thales, $11 billion group), Leucadia (NYSE, Fortune 500), CEA (French DoE labs equivalent), specializing in high-tech, scientific, defense and dual use industries and technologies. She served C-level executives, scientists, researchers and engineers from various disciplines, leveraging her office representations on the U.S. West Coast and in Europe as well as her network of consulting partners to better serve her clients.


Claire-Juliette Beale's career in business started with McKinsey's Financial Institutions Group in Paris and KPMG's Policy Economics Group (now Bearing Point) in Washington D.C. where she participated in the privatization of Eastern European, Latin American and Asian companies (USAID contracts).

Education

A firm believer in the need for an ongoing and international learning process where academic, business and self-driven approaches lead to cross-fertilization, Ms. Beale's education and certification includes:

  • Master's in Management, Information and Communication Technologies, Marketing and e-commerce with the Institute of Economy and Management of Cergy-Pontoise University.
  • Executive International Business Management program from the McDonough Business School at Georgetown University.
  • Business Management Program, with majors in International Trade and International Marketing from of Advancia, a business school of the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry.  
  • B.A. with major in English studies, minors in Spanish and Portuguese studies from the IPLV Institute of the Catholic University in Angers (France).

Current memberships, associations and honors

In the course of her projects, career and studies, Ms. Beale has taken an active role and developed relationships, which she strives to maintain, with a number of alumni and professional organizations.  She has also been sought for public speaking and media engagements. 

Ms. Beale chairs the Workshop sessions of the Product Development and Management Association's International 2008 conference. She chaired the Global Insights Track at the 2005 conference.  She is the President of the Carolinas chapter of PDMA. 

She is a member of ESOMAR, the world association of market research professionals.

Ms. Beale has lived on three continents, starting from cosmopolitan Tangier, Morocco, to Durham, NC. 

She is bilingual in  English and in French.  She speaks Spanish fluently.  She reads Portuguese and Italian.
